New Senior Business Analyst Appointed by BNP Paribas Commercial Finance
BNP Paribas Commercial Finance, the asset-based lending (‘ABL’) arm of the global banking giant, BNP Paribas, has strengthened its UK presence with the appointment of a new Senior Business Analyst.
Gabriela Montilla will join their Business Development team, based within BNP Paribas’ flagship UK headquarters in Marylebone, London. Gabriela will focus on the structuring, execution and deployment of BNP Paribas’ range of asset-based lending products.
Gabriela joins BNP Paribas from Banco Sabadell’s UK corporate banking division, having previously worked within Banco Sabadell in Barcelona and, prior to that, with Banesco Banco Universal in Caracas.
“I’m really excited to join BNP Paribas Commercial Finance and, despite the global challenges that we all face right now, look forward to using our lending expertise to support UK business through these difficult times” comments Gabriela. “Although starting my new job remotely is not something I would have ever foreseen, the team has been incredibly supportive and I can’t wait to meet the people that have been assisting me through this experience in person”, she added. “We benefit from the strength of a truly-global financial institution and I look forward to helping structure flexible, innovative asset-based solutions for our clients.”
Gabriela will report into BNP Paribas Commercial Finance’s Chief Commercial Officer, David Tilley.
Tilley said, "We are delighted to bring Gabriela into our team. She brings a wealth of lending experience to our team, and we look forward to her contribution to our ambitious growth plans.”
“Gabriela’s appointment comes at a difficult time as we all face the realities of the Covid-19 crisis. However by bringing Gabriela’s skills into our team we further enhance our ability to support UK and international business with a range of creative and flexible working capital solutions"
